Great ice cream and fantastic chocolate chip cookies. Really can't say enough how much I enjoyed this spot. The added bonus, you can get sandwiches and soup here as well. The lobster bisque is really good.
We eat here several times per month and it’s always fantastic! The hot food is delicious (we usually get a 1/2 salad (Asian or BBQ Chix) and 1/2 sandwich (French Dip or Chix Croissant). The baked items are a nice treat too—always grab a few buckeyes on the way out! The staff is super friendly and upbeat. They really strive to ensure you have a pleasant experience. I like sitting by the fireplace or outside overlooking the pond while eating ice cream on a hot summer’s day.

We wanted some dessert in the Indianapolis area. After checking out options near our hotel we found Homemade Ice Cream & Bakery Cafe. We're glad we did. The staff was super friendly and the desserts were amazing. The restaurant was very clean as well.
