“I offered to sit outside since I came in during the rush half past noon (July 16) and they were able to sit me immediately! Also, my server was Kaitlin and she did a phenomenal job of bringing me water refills and the spicy burrito was a classic as always. Come here all the time but this was particularly enjoyable! Highly recommend the food and drinks– I always leave too full for a pastry even though they look delicious.“

“Absolutely loved the experience here! Their house made syrups are made with real fruit, real vanilla, real lavender the whole nine yards! That made me so happy in a world that uses a lot of monin type syrups. The staff was super nice and just happy. They had beautiful artwork and a great comfy atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by ☺“

“The best cakes, like seriously, the BEST. Both locations are wonderful and have the kindest staff but tonight I happened to go to the Zionsville one. I promised my kiddos cake and almost had to go home empty handed due to timing but the staff made sure that didn’t happen, thank you so much! You guys made our night. I hardly ever leave reviews, but my family is so impressed by homemade that I have now left TWO. Everyone should give this place a chance. (Oh and the French Dip deserves a special mention!)“

“My sister and I came here a couple weeks ago for our bible study (atmosphere wasn’t ideal for that just because it was kinda loud that day but there were a few meetings happening) BUT we are still talking about the spicy feta we got on our bagels. “Stopped by Tinker Coffee and loved the vibe! super cool, relaxed, and easy to hang out in. Parking was free and easy, which is always a win. I got the cereal milk latte and it was so good! perfectly creamy and just the right amount of sweet. The baristas were all really friendly and made the whole experience even better. “Patachou rocks. Not only is the food superb. Their restrooms are always clean and the service is great. They also take the time to watch out for their patrons when they misplaced their valuables I’m a customer for life. Now if I could just get another cup of their banana nut coffee. “What a find! Visited the restaurant today with a group (12 of us). We did pre-order our appetizers and entrees.
The venue was lovely. Great views from the penthouse of downtown. Formal table settings. We each had our own place card (since we pre-ordered. I don't know if that is required). Tamika our table host did a nice job welcoming our party and providing beverages. I rated the service a 4 just because there was a longer wait for food service to start and then between courses. But ... we enjoyed the chance to take more time than usual !
And the food was out of this world. I would highly recommend! And we can't wait to return.“

“We biked here on Memorial Day from downtown Indy. I had hoped that there would still be a piece of the Mandarin cheesecake by Brotgarten left.
I was thoroughly disappointed when I found out that they had sold out earlier that morning. I talked with the owner for a few minutes about how we were from Detroit and only in town for the weekend.
As we were unlocking our bikes to continue on, the owner came out and gave us his piece of the cheesecake that he was going to take home.

“I think they normally only handle larger orders, but I was able to order 6 meat pies (I was just orderingfor me and not an event). They were delicious and a great price (1 and a half filled me up). I lived in Nigeria as a teenager and these reminded me of the meat pies we would get there. They are not very spicy, but they were spiced well. They have carrots, potatoes, onions, and ground beef.

Just a heads up, I guess this is primarily a catering business. I was a little thrown off when I went to go pick up my order and just ended up at someone's house and not a restaurant. Still, the food was really yummy and I look forward to getting more pies in the future and to trying their suya (something I also enjoyed in Nigeria).“

“I absolutely love their chicken salad croissant. It’s a bit pricier than I’d like for a lunch place but the food is very flavorful. Their rice krispies are phenomenal as well. Kinda wish they made their own chips instead of using Ruffles personally. The shop is nice with lots of seating and an outdoor space as well. Street parking is a bit hard to find. Overall though this might be my favorite spot to meet with clients over lunch!“

“This is probably a new favorite while I’m in Indy. The salmon burger is beautiful charred and well balanced build. No extra sauce just flavor and fulfilling down to the last bite. I hear the soup and fish stew are pretty good as well. Small super clean space with friendly staff.“
