Friendly, welcoming staff! Chairs are uncomfortably hard. Menu is 3 ft too high in the air, glare from ceiling can lights makes it hard for folks with glasses to read it. Need a direction sign at the Ortho Indy driveway beaconing customers back to this new store.

Panera Bread is a great addition to Westfield. The staff is polite, friendly, and professional, greeting customers warmly and making them feel welcome. One location made a customer’s day by quickly preparing an enormous catering order after a mistake, and the staff were very kind. Food is great and comes out very timely. The place is bright and newer, though not as large as the Greyhound Pass location. Coffee is freshly brewed from a machine instead of being poured from a pot, which makes a noticeable difference in taste. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well-prepared. Some chairs are uncomfortably hard, and the menu is 3 ft too high in the air, with glare from ceiling can lights making it hard for folks with glasses to read it. A direction sign at the Ortho Indy driveway is needed.
