“We live in Brownsburg and this is one of our favorite weekend breakfast spots. When a friend suggested we meet up on a week day I was excited. We sat and chatted for a long time. The waitress did not try and rush us out as the restraunt was not full. We did leave before the lunch crew started coming in and tipped well since we took that table for so long. Always a good meal.“

“My family and I LOVE Uptown Cafe. We’ve never had a bad experience.. great food, friendly/hard-working staff, and cool atmosphere. “The day before my dad’s funeral, I went to the mall to buy a pair of black pants. There’s often something cathartic for me about the anonymity of the mall, of being surrounded by people all set on their own missions, none of whom are concerned about who you are or what you’re there for. Yet, I cried my way through that shopping trip, lonely and unmoored, trying to imagine a world without my dad. And then I stumbled into the Cafe.

I’d been once or twice before. I found myself at Keystone often in the months prior because my hairstylist was located in the salon suites across the way. But on this day, when no one else had seen me crying, and the anonymity of it all had begun to feel more like an anvil than a blessing, Miss Sonya saw me.

She remembered my order. She called it out the second I walked through the door, and met me at my table with a goat cheese panini and a carafe of Coke because she knew I’d want a refill. She spoke gently, familiarly, aware of my tenderness in a way that reminded me I wasn’t alone.

In that moment, I wasn’t invisible. My grief was shared. Maybe she’ll read this one day and know how much it meant to me. Maybe she won’t. But I guess what I’m saying is: Some people have their neighborhood pub or the quirky coffeeshop around the corner from their job. I have the Nordstrom Cafe. And there’s something kind of beautiful about that.“

“Absolutely loved the experience here! Their house made syrups are made with real fruit, real vanilla, real lavender the whole nine yards! That made me so happy in a world that uses a lot of monin type syrups. The staff was super nice and just happy. They had beautiful artwork and a great comfy atmosphere. “The best cakes, like seriously, the BEST. Both locations are wonderful and have the kindest staff but tonight I happened to go to the Zionsville one. I promised my kiddos cake and almost had to go home empty handed due to timing but the staff made sure that didn’t happen, thank you so much! You guys made our night. “RIZE is my favorite breakfast spot in Fishers, the staff take it from a 4/5 to a 5/5 with how friendly/welcoming they are!!! They have NEVER treated me or my children like a nuisance, even my kiddos are being a little wild. They have a Pop Tart that changes flavors monthly and I haven’t had one I haven’t liked. “Linda is super lovely! We were eating outdoors with our dog (pit bull) Sugar and before we could even order, she came out with a bin of water for our dog to drink out of. She gave Sugar so much attention and tended to us outside. The breakfast was good but they were very nice to us!“

“We always have a meal here when waiting for our car at Pep Boys nearby. This location is always clean, the food is well prepared and quickly served. Anya at the front counter is wonderful - professional, friendly and helpful!
