“Friendly, welcoming staff! Chairs are uncomfortably hard. Menu is 3 ft too high in the air, glare from ceiling can lights makes it hard for folks with glasses to read it. Need a direction sign at the Ortho Indy driveway beaconing customers back to this new store.“

Also, my server was Kaitlin and she did a phenomenal job of bringing me water refills and the spicy burrito was a classic as always. Come here all the time but this was particularly enjoyable! Highly recommend the food and drinks– I always leave too full for a pastry even though they look delicious.“

“My family and I LOVE Uptown Cafe. We’ve never had a bad experience.. great food, friendly/hard-working staff, and cool atmosphere. I always get the breakfast burrito with chorizo and avocado for my two added ingredients plus the hash browns as my side. Their hash browns are the best! Highly recommend this gem in downtown Noblesville :)“

“Was our first time, we had an absolutely wonderful time. So many cats, so many purrs. Staff were wonderful and explained the rules very well. Atmosphere was so peaceful and you could tell the cats loved all the toy, perch, and bed options. Highly recommend visiting, and of course adopting if you can.“

“We always e joy our food at Cafe Patachou. We do not typically go to this location so it was a nice change if pace.

Our server was very friendly and seemed to know everyone. She was so friendly that she spent too much time talking to other tables and did not notice we had been seated.

I was disappointed because we were there at 1:00 on a Friday and they did not have the tomato soup available. They only had one soup available amd it is not one that I like. They were not getting ready to close so I do not understand why they did not have a popular soup available.

“The day before my dad’s funeral, I went to the mall to buy a pair of black pants. There’s often something cathartic for me about the anonymity of the mall, of being surrounded by people all set on their own missions, none of whom are concerned about who you are or what you’re there for. Yet, I cried my way through that shopping trip, lonely and unmoored, trying to imagine a world without my dad. And then I stumbled into the Cafe.

I’d been once or twice before. I found myself at Keystone often in the months prior because my hairstylist was located in the salon suites across the way. But on this day, when no one else had seen me crying, and the anonymity of it all had begun to feel more like an anvil than a blessing, Miss Sonya saw me.

She remembered my order. She called it out the second I walked through the door, and met me at my table with a goat cheese panini and a carafe of Coke because she knew I’d want a refill. She spoke gently, familiarly, aware of my tenderness in a way that reminded me I wasn’t alone.

In that moment, I wasn’t invisible. My grief was shared. Maybe she’ll read this one day and know how much it meant to me. Maybe she won’t. But I guess what I’m saying is: Some people have their neighborhood pub or the quirky coffeeshop around the corner from their job. I have the Nordstrom Cafe. And there’s something kind of beautiful about that.“

“The best cakes, like seriously, the BEST. Both locations are wonderful and have the kindest staff but tonight I happened to go to the Zionsville one. “RIZE is my favorite breakfast spot in Fishers, the staff take it from a 4/5 to a 5/5 with how friendly/welcoming they are!!! “I'll admit, I'm not always a huge fan of Panera, and I didn't walk in today with high expectations. I placed my order at a kiosk, so that sorta set the expectation for service level. But I was pleasantly surprised because my food was ready quickly, I spoke to three different people in the kitchen at the pickup area and all three of them were smiling and seemed happy to help me. Someone was cleaning the dining room and let me know that a couple tables were still damp because he had just wiped them down. I really didn't have anything to complain about on this visit at this location today, good job guys!“
