Based on the reviews, Café Bistro at Nordstrom is a wonderful little hidden gem. The food is great, with fantastic options like the cilantro lime salad with shrimp, a goat cheese panini, tomato soup, and a club sandwich large enough to split between two people. The service is the best in the food industry. The staff has an awesome attitude, even right before closing, and are extremely friendly and attentive. One waiter had an infectious smile. Another staff member remembered a customer’s order, called it out, and met them at the table with their meal and a carafe of Coke, speaking gently and familiarly. The service reminded a grieving customer they were not alone. It is a place where people will definitely be back.
