Jim is fantastic. Everyone else, and Starbucks as a whole, has the customer service abilities of a wall. Mobile orders mean nothing if you get something they make when you get there since they won't acknowledge your existence in the store at all. Constantly having to fight to get someone to make my drink is wild.
It was a few minutes before closing and me and my friend came in for some matcha lattes—we connected so much with Rachel!!She is an amazing partner and as a fellow Starbucks partner for another store, her customer connection was on point and I hope to make this known! Great team at a great location. :)

I am disappointed in this location. It used to be good. The last 4 times I have gone my order has not been correct. I ask for whip cream my drink. Who ever makes my drink doesn't add it. The first 3x's I've been in a hurry so I haven't said anything. (Today 11/5/23) My drink sticker says whip cream. (LIKE IT ALWAYS DOES) The briastas seem to be missing it. I did ask for whip cream. She did add it to my drink after I mentioned it to her. The attention to detail has not been happening....read full review
