Starbucks is a friendly place with amazing customer service. The ambiance is nice, and the drinks and food are always wonderful. The employees are generally pleasant, and the service is just as good as a regular Starbucks. However, there might be some inconsistencies in the temperature of the food, like a barely warm grilled cheese. Ordering through the app is convenient, but sometimes specific requests, like cream cheese with a bagel, might not be accommodated.
