Had a great drive-thru experience thanks to JD at Starbucks. Super personable, had a great sense of humor, and was really patient while we figured out our order. Even managed to crack a joke when I threw in a last-second water request. Little things like that make a big difference. Awesome service all around.
Usually, the drinks here are pretty good but I don't know who's making the cold foam today, but it's not being made right. Cold foam, the flavored cold foam is supposed to be thick and on top of the drink. Today they gave me lavender cold foam that was soupy and mixed into my iced matcha. When I asked where the lavender cold foam was he said it's mixed in there, that's not how the drink is made, that's not what I paid for.
