We stopped by here for lunch a couple of weeks ago on our way back to Chicago. We like the food and smoothies we have gotten and the service was excellent.
I'll admit, I'm not always a huge fan of Panera, and I didn't walk in today with high expectations. I placed my order at a kiosk, so that sorta set the expectation for service level. But I was pleasantly surprised because my food was ready quickly, I spoke to three different people in the kitchen at the pickup area and all three of them were smiling and seemed happy to help me. Awesome place, the GM Melissa is amazing, she is so kind, friendly and outgoing and always makes it a pleasant experience while on site. The staff is very friendly also
