Donatos Pizza serves delicious and perfectly cooked pizzas, including their popular large pepperoni pizza loaded with toppings. While some customers have experienced issues with customer service, including long wait times and unprepared orders, others have had positive experiences with friendly and efficient staff. The restaurant seems to handle busy nights well, with a team-oriented approach to managing orders. Donatos Pizza also accommodates dietary restrictions, offering gluten-free pizzas that are reportedly tasty.
