They have messed up my order the last two times even with the receipt. Recently I ordered 12 breadsticks they only gave me 2 even though the receipt said 2 6 piece breadsticks.

Some of the employees that work here do not know how to interact with patrons. I wasn't greeted for close to 5 minutes when I came to get my pick up order. When I got here the pies weren't ready at the time stated online (25 min later) I ordered salad and they stated that the freezer was broken and they weren't able to provide it either. Terrible customer service.

This Donatos outsources its call in ordering to India which severely impacts the accuracy of its orders. Trying to pick up through the drive through was a terrible experience as they left is sitting there for 15 minutes only to not be able to find our order and showed no interest in trying to at least find the ticket that matches. We then went inside and showed them our order and an a different employee than the one we initially interacted with was able to find it under a completely ridiculous name. Two of our pizzas had been sitting around for 30 minutes for them to then tell us or third pizza was never started so we had to wait an additional 15 for it.Do not try to call in to this location, place your order online or in person if you can't get the robot to direct you to staff.

Two friends and I visited our local Donatos in Carmel last Friday night. My position in the restaurant allowed me to watch the counter, the kitchen, and the drive-through. It truly was wild and crazy. And, after 12 years of experience in restaurants, it truly was delightful to see a group of people working together as a team to handle the craziness. Good job management!In addition, we each ordered Individualized pizza. Even during all of the chaos, our pizzas were perfect.Again, good job!Dietary restrictions: Two of us had gluten-free pizzas, and they were delicious.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced and it’s completely unacceptable. The lady in the back during the lunch rush has the worst attitude. I’m guessing she is a manager but seriously don’t be snotty and rude to paying customers. I’ve been to other locations and I’m treated with great customer

I ordered a pepperoni hit honey pizza and this is what they sent a pizza with no honey and like 7 pepperoni on then Paul the manager is so rude he was super disrespectful they way he just yelled at me on the phone and told me I was lying about the amount of pepperoni on my pizza still trying to see where this is

Poor excuse for pizza. We got the thin and my husband brought it home and it was burnt . I could only eat the inside pieces, and that is putting it mildly. No taste. Horrible, marking this one off our list! It didn't deserve one star even.

I go here all the time and never have had an issue, last night I went there and had ordered a medium cheese/pepperoni pizza, garlic bread sticks and a cup of cheese and bottle of cherry coke. I pull up to drive through window and pay $20 and the guy hands me 1 pizza box and says have a nice day, I was confused so I told him the 3 things he forgot to give me and he said ok 2 mins, 5 mins later he brings me the bottle of Pepsi and said just 1 more minute, 10 mins later he finally gives me the breadsticks and after sitting there that long and reminding him of the cup of cheese they still forgot it. I get home and the pizza isn't cooked and is rubbery and about triple the regular amount of sauce, never had an issue before but I essentially paid $20 for breadsticks because that was the only edible thing they gave me. if donatos wants to make this right reach out to me at 317-478-0121

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. they will take your online order and payment but never deliver the pizza. Store doesn’t answer the phone so there’s no one to help. Save yourself the time and hassle and order elsewhere.

If you’re looking for a gluten free pizza, please do not use this Donatos. Our daughter has celiac. I watched them use the same dishware and utensils to cut regular pizza as they did our pizza. When I asked asked why they did so, they stated no one told them to prepare it that way. When I then asked if they would prepare the pizza with clean utensils, they stated it’s not possible to fully accomplish that request. They also made us feel like we were out of line for asking this. Note, all of this was from the manager. Donatos has very good pizza, this particular location has very poor service.
