Super appreciate the actual QUALITY gluten free bun sub. The owners care about making their food accessible to many people, not just carnivores with an iron stomach. Fyre is open late, which gives us second and third shifters a beautiful and delicious option for food during /after our shifts. It’s also just great to be able to get a dab down the street and walk down here and be able to smash food without any sense of shame around the fact that I’m stoned af and about to literally inhale these fries.
The space is much bigger now, as the new owners have remodeled/removed several walls in the front of the shop to create additional seating. A nice high bar in front of a sunny window sounds like workspace heaven at 11am.
They plan to do tons of events, as the space is fricken huge. All around very excited for the future of this space and ftsq!

I have to ask for them even though they are ordered and paid for and visible on the receipt. No chips, no drinks no cookies. “A friend of mine kept telling me to try CSC and I finally caved. I entered your store and was greeted by Aaliyah, who was so friendly and kind. She truly represents your company well. Little did I know, this visit would be the first of many. It's now been about two months of regularly visiting your store for my Barbie Q fix. Each visit, I am never met with judgement as I do my favorite walk of shame to the counter to pick up yet another order. Same guy didn’t greet me was using his earbud to take a personal call and talking to them while I was trying to place my order. Other than that, the food was Primo and he efficiently made my food. A little skimpy this time on the toppings, but it was tasty.“

“I've had nothing but great experiences at this Subway. Staff is incredibly friendly and actually cares about getting your order right. Recently had a messed up order and once I was at the store, I realized that it was an app error and not the fault of the store employees. Chris and Tim insisted on remaking it anyway. “One of my biggest complaints across all Subways is how little toppings they give you. I find that is generally consistent across the board. However, this location gives you lots and lots of toppings. They know what they’re doing, and want to make your experience positive. I highly recommend this location, there is parking right out front.“

I did not like the way they treated their customers. Customer service should be respectful, and I felt uncomfortable because of their attitude. There was also a lack of hygiene, which was concerning.

If they continue treating customers this way, it will only hurt the business and cause the owner to lose customers. Nothing may happen to the employees, but the business will suffer. “When a bit earlier than lunch time so it was easy to get food. Came out fresh and fast and a staff knows their menu. When it becomes lunch time it can get busier which can take some extra time for your items to be prepared so plan ahead or order ahead if you're in a hurry.“

“After a 16-hour drive, this was exactly what we needed.
I ordered the Meal of the Day, the Spicy Italian, and it was amazing. While ordering, I noticed the cheese slices weren't cut into triangles anymore, so I asked the employee about it. He told me Subway had changed that about a year ago. I was surprised because several other Subway locations I've visited still use the triangle-cut cheese.
We also decided to upgrade to the Moana Meal Deal, and it was well worth it.
The food was fresh, the service was friendly, and the employees made for a great experience after a long day of traveling. If the service continues to be this good, I'll definitely make this one of my regular stops whenever I'm passing through. Highly recommended!“
