“I arrived with a hubby basketball team ten minutes before choosing. One of the employees held the door for us with a smile, and then once inside the manager told her crew to "buckle up". They then proceeded to talk all the orders while still taking drive through orders. We had all our food and were back on the road home by 10 minutes after closing. The crew handled us well and the manager was super accommodating and very professional. Thank you! Awesome service!“

“Love me some Dave’s. The chicken is delicious and always piping hot. The only downside is how they label their heat levels. If you are trying to order spicy chicken. Take whatever the label says and raise it one higher. ex. Medium is Hot. Hot is Very Hot. Very Hot is Extremely hot.

I get they have the “flex” of being really spicy but if you want to actually understand the heat levels compared to other places, think of it that way. Definitely not knocking the review for that though. Still a 5 star.“

“The original chicken was flavorful and so so crispy, we got a side of the special sauce and it was yummy too. Fried cheese sticks didn’t have a ton of flavor but that’s okay, great cheese pull. Just came in for a snack so I’ll be looking forward to next time when I’m more hungry to try more dishes.“

“Everyone is so friendly and helpful, staff and patrons. The inside of the restaurant is dark but very much cozy and clean. If you work for Lilly or IU Health, food is 5% off during business hours! They host for local fashion scenes as well. Wonderful business!“

“Usually have no issues at this location. Odd thing happened today, I ordered a spicy sandwich, and got a normal one. No big deal, just went in and told the girl at the counter. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Chick-fil-A where they didn’t just give you the new item, they took the mess up and threw it in the trash?? Very wasteful, if it is going to be thrown away just let us keep it.“

“OMGoodness!!!! I have found another fantastic place to get authentic Mexican food!!! Prepared where I could see if I wanted to and so many flavors of juice. They have ice cream and candy and delicious food that took me two days to eat. I ordered tacos and burrito and they were perfect!!! When you get a chance stop by, they speak mostly Spanish but they understood that I didn't.“

“Best Jordan's we've been to. The food is fresh, hot, tender, & juicy every time. The guys that work in there are so nice. Definitely return customers. The price is decent for the amount of food and quality. I'd give them 10 ⭐ if I could.

Parking: It's a small lot but there are plenty of spaces to park. Every single time. Day or night.

“Had been craving fried chicken for a while so googled and found out about Shani’s Secret Chicken/Chapati…..so glad we tried it and I am surprised no one mentioned it before. Ordered both the chicken sandwiches…tandoori & spicy…leg & thigh, Masala Fries, Nihari with naan, Beef Bihari paratha wrap and both Desi & Kashmiri tea. Loved every item that we ordered. Definitely coming back again to try other items on the menu!!!! PS: they have Carrom Board and Ping-Pong 🙌 🙌“

“The PERFECT SAUSAGE BURRITO this morning. The tortilla was perfect, the amount of egg, hash browns, and sausage was perfect....literally one of the few Chick-fil-A Burritos that I've felt was worth the money. Whoever made it this morning....should be training the entire company on how to make a breakfast burrito!

Only reason I didn't give 5-stars is the counter was a little slow to tend to taking my order....but no big deal compared to the perfect burrito!“

“I have resisted going to this chain because of their business practices, but my girl does eat it so guess what, yes I went.I have to admit I liked the food and it is reasonably priced.I just wish their stance on a few things would be more reasonable and I would go there more often.

In the past 6 months, my experience has been wonderful, everyone is kind, efficient, vocal and complimentary towards each other and costumers! Especially Zion. Parking: Every location I've visit, been lucky, someone is pulling out and I pull in. You just have to do the drive through.

“I mobiled ordered and when I got to front they told me my card didn't go thru. I forgot to change card on app when bank updated my card. They took my new card and put through the transaction but I guess because of that it put me at front of line. They took 7 cars from non fast lane, then had me pull up and took 3 more out of mine line and 2 more from non fast lane. Finally brought my order out. Got it home and it wasn't my order. Moral of story: make sure your info is right.“

“Tik tok made me find this place. A guy called the Crawfish king eats these huge Chicharrons and they look so delicious i had to find them. Idk why but my soul felt like i would find them him. I went to google maps and searched Chicharron and this name popped up i went to the pics and there they were. I went today and purchased some. They run about a lil over 5$ a piece. I don't speak Spanish so there was a language barrier but we made it through. They also take cards. Im excited to try more things.“

“These place has the best fried chicken gizzards in town. Hot, fresh, crunchy, and fried to order. That's right...Fried to order. No more cold, hard, dried out chicken gizzard. And the price for a whole pound is the cheapest in town! This place is 2 thumbs up when it comes to fried chicken gizzards and I am a chicken expert!“

“UPDATE: Please note that this review is for the Chick-fil-A at 10 E Washington St, downtown Indy, not the one on the IUPUI campus, which Google Maps seems to be referencing.This was my first visit to the new downtown Chick-fil-A, which is located at street level near the mall. In the past, I have gone to the Chick-fil-A within the mall food court, but believe this may be replacing that location. I was told by staff that the restaurant has been open for about 3 months. I arrived about 12:15 pm and it was nice to see a crowd of people patronizing this downtown business. I quickly made my way to the counter and placed my order, which I received while in the process of buying 15 gift cards. Bri, the manager, came out to help Sevastian process my request, and they took the time to double check that the correct amounts were loaded onto each card and then placed them into individual gift card holders! They were courteous and kind, and lunch tasted great. The restaurant is new and very nice. The only potential negative for some customers may be the high nose level, due to all of the hard surfaces, but things improved as the crowd thinned out. The attached photos were taken just before 1:00 pm after most of the lunch crowd was gone. It's also worth nothing that they have a few outdoor tables, but due to the low temperature (the high today was 59*F) and breezy conditions, no one was sitting outside.“

“Absolutely delicious! This was our 1st time ever eating Chick-A-Boom and I would highly recommend trying it! So so good! And the restaurant in which I purchased was absolutely awesome for their kind service, and for letting I and my little girl sit quietly by ourselves in the back and served us chips, salsa and a coke for FREE while we waited for our food! In which they didn’t have to do! But did it just to be nice! So while we waited for our delicious, fresh,hot yummy food, my daughter and I got to hang out and just enjoy each other’s company which made the wait time so worth it! Truly meant a lot! I highly recommend this place not just for the delicious food but also for great AMAZING SERVICE, in which is so very rare and hard to find these days! So thank you Chick-A-Boom for the amazing hospitality and delicious wonderful food!“
