My family always stop at this location to eat Everytime we go to Indianapolis to riley children's hospital for my oldest daughters appointments or tests/procedures. It's always very busy ( as most chick fil as) but even more so because it's one of the few places for the college people to have lunch, etc, the employees do move fast through the lines and service . The only reason this loses a star is simply because it has no chick fil a rewards which may not be their fault. The people are nice. The wait is just like any other chick fil a. They only messed up my order a few times and always corrected immediately. Best food place in the campus center
The food is great! However, the wait time is very long. Usually if you order online, you will get it in 20 minutes. However, in-person ordering takes 35 minutes.
Other than that, you need to constantly monitor because sometimes your order will get stolen 😭

Chick-fil-A at Indiana University, Purdue University offers fast and friendly service with hot and accurate food. The restaurant is clean, though missing some menu options, and does not accept the app. One visitor was pleasantly surprised with extra waffle fries, while another enjoyed the best spicy chicken sandwich ever, fresh out of the fryer. This location exceeded expectations and left a happy customer.
