Waited over 30 minutes before being acknowledged at check in. There was one young worker being interviewed by compliance. I believe the compliance person doing the interview was Cassie. The interviewer was loud and the entire waiting room could hear everything. I would imagine the young worker couldn’t be totally honest with the public watching and listening. Please correct this in the future. These conversations should happen in private!
This is to my doctors the caretakers the nurses anesthesiologists and everybody involved in shaving me.

My sister was murdered in a car crash I was left partially paralyzed. They abused me in the hospital and I almost died because of the abuse. They put me out the hospital.
