We stopped in the Chick-fil-A inside Indiana University, Purdue University, and we had a large party took care of us with ease and got us in and out. Food was hot and accurate I'm not sure if they noticed or not but they put extra waffle fries in our bag. I was satisfied.
Much like an airport CFA, the menu is missing a lot of options and the app is not accepted at this location. However, the restaurant was clean, service was fast and friendly, and the food was good!

I have visited many Chick-fil-A's around the country, and have enjoyed this company's products for many years. However, today I was served the best spicy chicken sandwich that any Chick-fil-A has ever served to me. Must have been fresh, right out of the fryer!! Thank you so much. This location really surpassed my expectations.(I was unable to take a photo of the sandwich, because it was too good. I had to eat it as quickly as possible)

I have never had rude customer service until this one . I’m not sure why but a white lady with missing teeth at the bottom was rude & they forgot my nuggets! I’m so upset that I didn’t check my bag . By far one of the worst ones I ever been too !!!

UPDATE: Please note that this review is for the Chick-fil-A at 10 E Washington St, downtown Indy, not the one on the IUPUI campus, which Google Maps seems to be referencing.This was my first visit to the new downtown Chick-fil-A, which is located at street level near the mall. In the past, I have gone to the Chick-fil-A within the mall food court, but believe this may be replacing that location. I was told by staff that the restaurant has been open for about 3 months. I arrived about 12:15 pm and it was nice to see a crowd of people patronizing this downtown business. I quickly made my way to the counter and placed my order, which I received while in the process of buying 15 gift cards. Bri, the manager, came out to help Sevastian process my request, and they took the time to double check that the correct amounts were loaded onto each card and then placed them into individual gift card holders! They were courteous and kind, and lunch tasted great. The restaurant is new and very nice. The only potential negative for some customers may be the high nose level, due to all of the hard surfaces, but things improved as the crowd thinned out. The attached photos were taken just before 1:00 pm after most of the lunch crowd was gone. It's also worth nothing that they have a few outdoor tables, but due to the low temperature (the high today was 59*F) and breezy conditions, no one was sitting outside.
It's a Chick-Fil-A. Frosted lemonade is good. Organization is homophobic I fear. ? But they gave me a whole free meal by accident so is it really?
