This place is the SPOT! I absolutely love the atmosphere in the AMP and have enjoyed getting to know the workers at Mambos. I recommend everyone to stop by, specifically at the AMP location.Their food is always so fresh and served so quick. I used to live on the East Coast, and I get a hankering for cheesestakes fairly regularly. However, I don't eat a lot of red meat. Usually, that leaves me with chicken cheese steaks. But not at Mambo's.Mambo's has mushroom cheese stakes. And darn good ones. The friendly staff were more than happy to give me the best veggie cheesestake I've probably ever had. I'd definitely check them out if you're at Amp for a concert or other event.
