It's a to-go bakery in the Tech mall off of Indiana Ave. And South of 16th St. Check FB for what she is baking--Very experienced Baker/Owner. Everything is delicious. The Almond Croissants (twice baked) are out of this world!
We decided to stop here given the “best croissants” status of Indianapolis. Alas, we arrived about a half hour before closing and only plain croissants were left - we had been hoping for a filled croissant. We had a delightful chat with Cindy, owner and baker, who recommended we try phoning ahead next time for the cold brew chocolate filled croissants….and recommended cinnamon rolls with pistachios and cherries!
