I was buying food for a lady who said she was hungry, as I was making my purchase I asked to buy a fountain drink and the cashier said “we don’t sell fountain drinks to THEM” I asked her who she was referring to she answered “ the homeless”. I was so embarrassed that she would discriminate and label the lady as homeless, but even more shocked at the public humiliation and lack of empathy.
