If I could give zero stars I would. The lady who put vegetables on my sandwich was the rudest person I have ever met. All I did was ask for extra toppings to be added because she didn't give enough. She started throwing toppings on my sandwich while glaring at me. Then she starts laughing at me and mocking me to her coworker. She clearly wasn't trying to be quiet about it either.

So rude... I did a mobile order and I knew I was early to pick up and just mentioned I had one and the woman making it got all mean and told me to wait, (I hadn't rushed her, I knew it would take time). While she was preparing it, she was tossing ingredients in with an attitude and a sour face. I politely asked for more banana peppers and she added TWO and gave me the dirtiest look ever... horrible customer service, over the top attitude. No one greets you, they just stare at you and give you dirty looks. She was the MANAGER. She was skimpy with ingredients as well so now my bowl is gross and I can't even go to the manager for a refund or anything because I already know I'll get nowhere but ATTITUDE and malice.

The parking lot of this establishment is THE WORST in Indianapolis with literally 8 foot holes all over the place.They don't accept Subway coupons either.Screw this place
Worse service ever..I'm a doordasher and and just wanted to buy cookies..needed to use restroom first...reached the restrooms and immediately got yelled at in front of everyone "hey she cant use our bathroom. 8 people in store..never said why. Very rude will not be coming to this store. Very embarrassing and rude...She should be demoted to cleaning out grease traps or windows instead of servicing customers. This was 10pm Wednesday August 24th. If almost closing a simple " bathrooms are down would have sufficed"
