“Stopped in for breakfast this morning and this place was really busy. The first thing I noticed was how hard the staff was working with one another to serve both the drive through and inside customers. The young lady named Aly who took my order was so polite and helpful. If you come to this store for breakfast expect it to be busy, it is definitely worth the extra few minutes to be served!!“

“Great service, they get the orders right,and they are fast. I live in Franklin but I always drive to this one because the Franklin’s Taco Bell is so slow. I’ve had to what like 45mins in drive through one time in Franklin. In Franklin they always mess up the orders.“

“I’m huge fan of five guys. I try to never write negative reviews. This is not a condemnation of five guys in general. I’ve never had a bad meal in store. I just spent 31.00 on a DoorDash order. Huge mistake. I’ll never make again. The fries were over cooked and soggy. Not even hyperbole when I say my dog didn’t even want them. The burger bowl was cold. Clearly remade and not edible. The order got to me faster than most In store orders I’ve made. Seriously. I’ll eat at five guys but ONLy in store. Worst DoorDash order. Ever. “The manager on Monday at 2:53 pm is amazing, I had a problem with the app crashing while I was trying to put in a mobile order, which caused me to get locked out of my coupon for a 10 sack for $10 and she's still honored it in the store“

“When I ordered a smoothie from White Castle on Saturday afternoon, I was informed that they're only available in one size. I was alright with that, for a moment; until, I realized that it was my smoothie that was being served to me in what was basically a fancy child's size cup. My disappointment was undeniable.

“This Dairy Queen is close and conveniently located off of US 31. The ice cream is great every single time! The food is okay, pretty greasy, but it's fast food. The outside of the restaurant is updated, but the inside is outdated. Their porch area is nice and well lit at night. Parking is also very limited.“

“Southport Road Dairy Queen is the best on the south side. They are very friendly the food is hot and cooked perfectly. I recommend eating inside or at the little area with the tables and chairs. I go out of my way to go to the Southport DQ.

“This was the first time me and my son have gone out and had father and son time together somewhere. He is only 10 months old and I felt super blessed to go to this Zaxbys location (Marlin Drive in Greenwood, IN) and have everyone be so polite to us and smile and say hi to him. Corporate should be very happy to have such a nice team of people working there!“

My mood was uplifted by not only the great food I got but the great customer service and satisfaction I got from Michelle (I think was her name) and Gavin. Their great positive attitudes made me leave that place with a better feeling about my day before work.“

“The Spanish ladies working the evening shift on Monday were very rude. I told them that this is not the correct way to make a sandwich, and instead of helping, they responded rudely.

When I asked for another sandwich, they said they did not have any veggie patties available. However, earlier they had told me that they did have veggie patties, and then later changed their statement. This was very unprofessional.

I did not like the way they treated their customers. Customer service should be respectful, and I felt uncomfortable because of their attitude. There was also a lack of hygiene, which was concerning.

If they continue treating customers this way, it will only hurt the business and cause the owner to lose customers. Nothing may happen to the employees, but the business will suffer. “My dad, daughter, and I had lunch here yesterday (12/14) between 11-12 for the first time at this location, and it was one of the cleanest Burger Kings I’ve ever been in! The employees were all friendly, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. We made sure to thank them and let them know what a great job they were doing. I hope they hear that often because many fast food restaurants are falling apart and not well-maintained – but not this one! Great job to the team at this location!“

We ordered two lunch specials each which value $6.80, $14 total for both after tax. It includes pork fried rice and soup or a soda. “White Castle has delicious sliders and many other varieties of sandwiches. Onion chips and cheese stocked etc are good too, and very reasonable prices.White Castle is a tradition when I was a kid my father took me and my siblings every Friday and it was special to us. It’s like nothing changed much, the employees are generous, give great service, and a very clean environment.“
