It's charming but the area is very rough. Also it was very gross inside.
This Dairy Queen on Southport Road is easily one of the best around, thanks to a store environment that is consistently spotless from top to bottom. The team working here is extraordinarily friendly, welcoming, and dedicated to delivering efficient, professional service every single visit. You can truly tell it operates with the pride, care, and attention to detail of a family-owned establishment.
Southport Road Dairy Queen is the best on the south side. They are very friendly the food is hot and cooked perfectly. I recommend eating inside or at the little area with the tables and chairs. I go out of my way to go to the Southport DQ.
