“while people seem to be review bombing over support in the Isreal v Palestine conflict which seems to be the hottest button in the world right now, my review is about the food, service, staff and atmosphere. The service is top notch, drinks on the tables in less than a minute and food out in less than 10 minutes, mind you we sat at a bar table that the bartenders take care of on top of serving the entire bar rail, they still got drinks out lighting fast and checked on us several times. the burgers were HUGE and delicious, and the fries were perfect. The selection of beers on tap were great and uncommon to find at other bars. the atmosphere was great, loved the music and it was just loud enough to vibe to while still being able to have an audible conversation. The staff was very accommodating and the hostess had a table cleaned off for us immediately, she and the bar staff were great! They have an open kitchen and it looks like the cooks enjoy what they do and have fun with it, which is nice to see and not very common. We will definitely be back next time we're in town.“

“My family was driving through yesterday and wanted to check out something local to try out. This place exceeded our expectations. We walked in, immediately greeted, and the server gave a rundown of the menu being our first time. The food came our pretty quick and the food was incredible. The server brought out shake samples for us to decide which we wanted. All tasted great as well. Overall, terrific experience! We will definitely be back next time in town!“

“We needed a last-minute table for 20 people, and Kaylee and Curtis made it happen. They had everything set up perfectly and were incredibly kind throughout the entire experience.
The food was good and came out quickly despite our large group. But what really stood out was the genuine care from the staff. They understood this wasn't just dinner—it was rare time with family we don't see often enough.
Sometimes great service means going beyond taking orders to help create special moments. This place gets that. They made our family gathering seamless and memorable.

“This was my first time trying this burger chain it was good, i would not go out of my way to get it again. The patties are just a little over salted and i feel like that is what keeps people coming back, next time i will try a shake. Service was fast and staff is very welcoming. “We were looking for pizza delivery and found this little gem by chance. It arrived hot and fast! We tried the Big Boy and the Taco Pizza - both were delicious! We rarely order food but this will be our new go-to, for sure! The service was also too-notch; very friendly people!!“

“I’m huge fan of five guys. I try to never write negative reviews. This is not a condemnation of five guys in general. I’ve never had a bad meal in store. I just spent 31.00 on a DoorDash order. Huge mistake. I’ll never make again. The fries were over cooked and soggy. Not even hyperbole when I say my dog didn’t even want them. The burger bowl was cold. Clearly remade and not edible. The order got to me faster than most In store orders I’ve made. Seriously. I’ll eat at five guys but ONLy in store. Worst DoorDash order. Ever. Have to say though the food quality lies completely at your place. Do better.“

“My biscuits and gravy were served with spoiled gravy. It took me a couple minutes to realize the cheese aftertaste was spoiled milk. I've have had diarrhea all day....I will never come back. Clearly unsafe food handling and cooks who do not taste what they are serving.... in 45 years I have never had bad biscuits and gravy until today.“

“My most favorite place to get burgers! Specifically the Mama T’s. My kiddos love their hot dogs w fries and chicken tenders along with dippin dots or soft serve cone afterwards. They’re remodeling at the moment but the atmosphere is relaxed and can watch crime shows or sports on the tv! Even have seating outside to enjoy the weather before it’s too hot to handle!! Very clean, the bathroom always smells like it’s not a public bathroom and they keep the changing station clean. A few high schoolers work here and they’re kind, fast and patient!!“

“USUALLY great place. Great food and great employees BUT July 4th about 6:00pm. My wife and I ordered: 1 Impossible Whopper, tasted OLD not fresh at all. Mozzarella Sticks, did you change breading ? Looks and tastes terrible. Chicken Sandwich DLX, tasted old, breading hard, and chicken dry. Didn't order any drinks. FYI...... BK's double cheeseburgers USED to be best sandwich anyplace, but now, Two thick little patties on a little bun! Not sure how you did it but it sucks! I'll be back, only because your employees are so nice.“

“Came and grabbed some dinner, which this is the only location I come to cause the kitchen never fails me. Tonight I want to gives hands down to the waitress (Lexi) me and the family had. She was very professional and very polite, never missed a beat for showing up and asking if there was anything we needed. I would give 7 stars to her if I could. Thanks for everything the waitress and manager has done for the evening while we enjoyed the food.“

“Southport Road Dairy Queen is the best on the south side. They are very friendly the food is hot and cooked perfectly. I recommend eating inside or at the little area with the tables and chairs. I go out of my way to go to the Southport DQ.
