My family ordered take out. Our order was screwed up-- in particular my dinner. But they made it right and were kind about it. Once I got thr right meal, it was very good- Valencia salad and salmon burger were delicious. They were very busy tonight and without a touch of defensiveness they remade my order once i let them know about the issues. How businesses handle mistakes matters. I was with a group of 9. This was my first time going to Bru Burger. Our waitress was friendly and efficient, nothing wrong with her service, but five people in our group had issues with their food, so that is the reason for the 3 stars on food and service. One had ordered her burger medium and it was quite rare. One had ordered a salad with added chicken, and had bragged she had eaten it there 4 or 5 times before and how much she loved it.
