“We went to brunch here last weekend and it was great! It is bigger than it looks from the outside. There is a ramp up to one area on the side, if you want to avoid steps. Some of us got breakfast and some lunch. The menu is much more extensive than what we found on Google maps or Facebook. I am posting the menu from when we went. We will be back!“

“Applebee's in Shelbyville is better than ever. Sat at the best booth in the bar section, with exceptional service by Erica. Blackened salmon was the moistest I've ever tasted with two nutritional side options: cheesy broc & harlicky green beans. Hubby wanted a half salad, which wasn't on the menu but Erica went above and beyond. She served him half the salad with dressing and conscientiously packaged the other half with chicken separate and dressing on the side to keep veggies fresh to go. The vibe in the restaurant is very upbeat, as well, just how we like it.“

I mentioned the problem to an employee in the dining room and she went straight to the manager about it. He came to our table and was so polite! He replaced my meal with anything I wanted on the menu, without me even asking. He also refunded my money and gave my husband a frosty lol. “Zaylen(sp?) is awesome. He’s here almost every time we are and is courteous and helpful. He’s always attentive to customers at the counter which is hard to find nowadays. It makes the trip pleasant. Also, did Valentines here this year as a last minute thing and we had a great time and the whole staff was awesome.“
