“1st snow est delivery 65min but amazed in half time and per usual Carl is great delivery driver compared to dashing. I like knowing to hear I’m a valued customer vs getting msg saying waiting for my food is taking too long. Thanks Carl and Cagney’s but one drawback is prices keep going up but quality not or at times lacking on toppings esp nacho cheese on skins. Get promos for free food and doesn’t cover total knowing stickers up $.60 etc hmm daily specials $up, removed pizza specials online?!!“

“My favorite place to go. I can't comment on very many items as I am a creature of habit and always order the Chicago steak and cheese grinder. They also offer a club card where you get a sticker for every 9 inch grinder purchased and after 10 you get a free 9 inch grand. The stop is always very friendly and so he's very clean and the Food is amazing“

“My son and I went there because every time I get paid, I take my son out somewhere to eat and he picked Pizza Hut we were greeted when we walked in.We ordered what we wanted.We sat down. Less than 10 minutes, the breadsticks were out.But time we got done with the breadsticks the pizza came out , it was quick The staff was really friendly. We got our food quick. We were just hanging out“

“The absolute worst professionalism and customer service yet of any restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I placed a rather large order an hour and a half before we needed it, order went through fine got the information to track it said expect delivery between 6:30 p.m. 6:35 p.m. which would have been perfect to feed a bunch of hungry preteens and teenagers and get them out the door by 7:00 7:15. at 6:40 still no word from Little Caesars so I called. The person answering the phone said we don't have anyone to deliver We had to call a third party like DoorDash to deliver and I said you need to call them and find out where they are and give me a timeline please to which they replied no you call and I said I don't know which service you used You mentioned too and it's technically your job since you have been paid to make sure your customer gets the delivery can you please call them and get a timeline for me and then I heard click they hung up so I called right back. they answered again I told them who I was and that I had just been hung up on and I was trying to figure out where my order was and they started in again about the third party delivery and I said I understand but I need you to call your third party person and figure out where they are if they picked up I said has it even gone out and she said no we're waiting and then hung up so I got in my car and drove there Thank God I had other adults to watch the kids while I went to do that got there and they're set all of our pizzas in their warming oven when their app said they were just being baked at 6:02 p.m. and here it was by the time I got there 10 minutes until 7:00... And she proceeded to tell me they only had one receipt either one for me or one for the delivery person I said I am the delivery person I'm picking up my own food because you're not understanding what I'm asking you. so they got everything stacked up on the counter printed off my receipt and out the door I went. I will never ever use them again especially for a large order that was close to $100. I will pay more money and go to Papa John's or Pizza Hut before I would ever use Little Caesars again. Shelbyville branch needs to have new owners or managers if they can't do any better than what they exhibited today.“

“We liked this place very much and there were pretty crowded when we were there. Good food and great service and fair prices. Lots of choices and many wines, beer etc. Inside the Horseshoe Casino in Shelbyville, IND. Highly recommend. We were there in July.“
