“We went to brunch here last weekend and it was great! It is bigger than it looks from the outside. There is a ramp up to one area on the side, if you want to avoid steps. Some of us got breakfast and some lunch. The menu is much more extensive than what we found on Google maps or Facebook. I am posting the menu from when we went. We will be back!”

“We needed this place, other local options always leave me with regret spending the money from low quality and terrible service.

Was a walk-in as my wife wanted to go to Smoothie King. First time visit, I was greeted by the owner and kindly ran through the options.

Ordered the hickory smoked bbq and voodoo fries and they did not disappoint - staff was quick, thorough, and clean. Enjoyed being able to see the food be made in front of me.

Through my few minutes waiting, I quickly gathered that the owner had high standards and expectations for his staff. It was very refreshing seeing an entrepreneur right in the trenches with the staff. Grateful for the experience. No complaints here - except my wife and son enjoying the food just as much as I did so I should’ve ordered more!”

The manager offered me a complimentary dinner that I had to decline because of my duties but the ice cream cone I finished was delectable! “Went today to pick up an order I placed online, I used DoorDash because I placed after hours, unfortunately I didn’t know they no longer used DoorDash. When I went to pick up my large order (22 piece chicken, rolls, 2 large sides and 6 small) and realized it didn’t go through they hopped to it! They fulfilled my order in 20-25 minutes! Nothing was missing, no attitudes because they had to deal with it! The owner and staff at amazing!!! Definitely shows the love they have for the business!! We will be back!”

“Applebee's in Shelbyville is better than ever. Sat at the best booth in the bar section, with exceptional service by Erica. Blackened salmon was the moistest I've ever tasted with two nutritional side options: cheesy broc & harlicky green beans. Hubby wanted a half salad, which wasn't on the menu but Erica went above and beyond. She served him half the salad with dressing and conscientiously packaged the other half with chicken separate and dressing on the side to keep veggies fresh to go. The vibe in the restaurant is very upbeat, as well, just how we like it.”

“The service was top notch. Went for their seafood buffet. The food was really good. They weren't too busy and I know it's hard to keep buffet food hot when pans aren't being emptied so some of the food was a little cold but still good. The sugar cream pie was the star of the show. I'd like to go back and try it again.”

“My favorite place to go. I can't comment on very many items as I am a creature of habit and always order the Chicago steak and cheese grinder. They also offer a club card where you get a sticker for every 9 inch grinder purchased and after 10 you get a free 9 inch grand. The stop is always very friendly and so he's very clean and the Food is amazing”

“I was a great place to watch the quarter horse racing. The one issue I had was from this app. There was no selection for dining room area or horse track viewing. I made the reservation, but it placed us in the dining area and not at the tables for viewing the races. The hostess was kind enough to see the mistake and moved us to a table for the race track viewing.”

Greetedit by the bartender Sarah, we sat down and she gave us her recommendations which were off the chain. A brisket Philly cheese steak! Having been to Philly and having cheesesteaks all over the country this was one of the best ones I've ever encountered flavorful juicy with just the right amount of topics. I also have to highlight the barbecue baked beans which was some of the most unique I've had with ground beef, green peppers onions and the right amount of smoke tender and delicious I would take these to my family barbecue. The brisket was good and the four pork was good also. Also got a side of mac and cheese which was praiseworthy also. I will be coming back here I recommend anybody traveling through Shelbyville to look up the spot and drop in on the cook and the waitress fabulous service good atmosphere and amazing food!!”

“My husband and I stopped there for lunch today as we were passing thru. There was a small problem with my sandwich. I mentioned the problem to an employee in the dining room and she went straight to the manager about it. He came to our table and was so polite! He replaced my meal with anything I wanted on the menu, without me even asking. He also refunded my money and gave my husband a frosty lol. “We've been coming here for years now, the employees have seen our kids grow and have friendly smiles, the food seriously hits the spot. We truly enjoy the sushi selections, the buffet as long as you understand timing (seriously, food service experience is eye opening) is fantastic, I love their hibachi, and the beer is always satisfying.
