They weren't too busy and I know it's hard to keep buffet food hot when pans aren't being emptied so some of the food was a little cold but still good. The sugar cream pie was the star of the show. Last time I tried something new to me, the grilled chicken breast with hash browns, eggs, and toast. The chicken was cooked and seasoned just right.
