“I love this McDonald’s! The people here and their great level of service make this the best location I’ve been to. I love how fast and efficient they are, from getting out drinks and making sure everything is in the bag that we ordered, to getting our freshly made quarter pounders ready. I’ve hardly ever had a wait time more than a minute or two to get large orders for my whole family. They are accurate every time, exceptionally friendly and kind, and I love coming back! The inside is nice and updated so it’s a great spot to step in and enjoy a meal with someone. Our fries come out fresh, hot and salted every time which says a lot about their attention to quality and detail. I love our Trafalgar McDonald’s!!!“

“I've been here a twice so far. I normally do an ice coffee with cream and sugar free caramel syrup. I love that they offer sugar free options. The employees were also super friendly. I feel like the price is good. My medium ice coffee was $3.02.“

“This was the perfect addition to our visit to Franklin! The mint chocolate chip ice cream was delicious. I saw several treats I hoped to come back and try. We were pleasantly surprised by the fresh produce and local meat selection available to pickup.“

“My family and I are new to the area and stopped in for the 1st & 2nd times this weekend (Memorial Day weekend 2024). The shop is cute as a button; loved the music that was playing. Donuts were delicious! My cold mocha coffee drink was delicious! Purchased several items from the gift shop and they look awesome in our new lake house! Restroom was clean. Overall, great experience & we will be frequent flyers!“

“I have been going to this Starbucks for close to 4 years. The ladies are so talented, and professional and absolutely amazing at making my drinks! They are knowledgeable about different drinks and what I can or cannot have and will need to substitute due to diet restrictions. Ms. Amy is always such a bucket of sunshine and NO ONE can make my drinks as well as she can! Ms. Katie, is so kind and funny and I love to see her smiling face In the morning. These two people and the rest of the crew make this Starbucks the best one to go to 100%!!“

“This is an interesting place to say the least... the food was amazing, the service was quick and the overall atmosphere is pretty good although alittle claustrophobic. The drinks were another thing entirely. The drink menu was on the wall and pretty confusing, I ordered a drink by the picture and was disappointed at how it came out, aswell it didn't have much flavor. Definitely will be stopping in for meals, but I'm still confused by the drinks.“

“We stopped in this morning (Saturday @ 7a) due to recommendations from family. The staff was great & patient with us as we picked out our Jack’s Dozen. All the kids (& adults) loved all the donuts. We got tiger tails, sprinkle sticks, Oreo crumble & glazed crescent. My fave was the glazed crescent.“
