“1823 Bakehouse made our wedding cake! They were so lovely to work with and the cake was delicious! It was so fun to have the opportunity, as a gluten free individual, to still customize our cake and having something I knew would be safe to eat! They delivered the cake day of and it was an overall great experience. Plus, it was always fun to try new treats each time we went in!“
“Super good coffee. My favorites are the raspberry mocha (dark choc) and the lavender London fog you can't go wrong with their breakfasts. But the inside out and ham dunk are my personal favorites. A little expensive in my opinion but the quality is always there no matter the location. Go try em!“

“I enjoy the atmosphere that Jay has created to showcase their amazing coffee brews. The Malabar Monsoon and Black Magic are my two current favorite bean roasts they carry. They were set up in downtown Crothersville randomly on my way to work, so I said, "Alright!" “What a great little shop! Who would have ever thought that tucked away in central Indiana is a tea blender with clients all over the world? It's a rather unassuming store front, but inside, you will find a bewildering array of teas from all over the world. This isn't your typical stuff from the grocery store. Most of it is blended there, in the shop. There is also a nice variety of steeping vessels. I've been quite pleased with the blends I've tried so far, and look forward to trying more. I'm particularly eager to watch the flowering tea. Their website also has a very helpful series of videos that will walk you through the steeping process, explaining proper water temperature and steeping times for each type of leaf. Very cool stuff that will serve to enhance the experience.“

“We stopped in this morning (Saturday @ 7a) due to recommendations from family. The staff was great & patient with us as we picked out our Jack’s Dozen. All the kids (& adults) loved all the donuts. We got tiger tails, sprinkle sticks, Oreo crumble & glazed crescent. My fave was the glazed crescent.“
“Amazing local coffee shop with breakfast and lunch options. You can also ordered fresh baked pies, breads and brownies by the pan. I got the s'mores latte with was one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had. Good for the whole family.“
“The employees at this Starbucks are truly top notch. We came in about a half hour before they closed, and normally, you’d think the employees would be in a rush to get out of there. But, this was a completely different experience. We are currently on a cross country drive and our three year old was BEGGING for chocolate milk. Unfortunately for us, this particular Starbucks was out of the little containers of chocolate milk. But, instead of just turning us away the barista offered to make our daughter chocolate milk in the blender. It was such a simple and small act of kindness but it truly made our entire trip. (If you have toddlers you’ll understand why LOL). I wish I knew her name, to truly give her the recognition she deserves- but unfortunately I didn’t get it. Thank you!!!“
