“Starbucks is way too expensive for a fast food / drink restaurant. $5.00 is average for a cup of coffee. If you forget to scan your card. You have to call customer service and send them a copy of your receipt. There’s got to be an easier way.“

“They were so nice tonight, they did take a while, but it was understandable. They had 3 people working tonight. These 3 people working tonight were the nicest and most understanding people. They worked super hard and did an amazing job being understaffed and packed. I think they were amazing“

Manager was walking around checking on different things. The staff was cleaning and taking care of different work related things.
