Dunkin' offers good coffee but inconsistent service. Some staff are inattentive, often preferring their phones over assisting customers. Despite this, the coffee is better than at some other locations, and the service can be faster. The inside is extremely clean and the staff can be very friendly and helpful; one worker even helped with questions and served with a smile. Customers have appreciated when staff prepare drinks with cream and sugar instead of just handing packets. However, the iced coffee can sometimes taste burnt, especially in the mornings. There was an issue with online order pickup where a donut was chosen for a customer without asking for preferences, which was disappointing given allergies. Overall, Dunkin' provides a hit or miss experience depending on the time and staff, with good drinks but occasional lapses in customer service.
