They frequently forget items. Though if you call they will replace or give you more for the screw up, the question is do you have the time to go there immediately or later and get it. The amount of fries you get from a large fry is usually a half full container with few bag fries which is just asinine. If you show up during the rush your food will be hot and will be full because the managers who care are there and the employees are afraid of being fired. Fear does work wonders....read full review
