This place is terrible. Managers are RUDE, the guy working the window usually has the nastiest nails I’ve ever seen. Night people are so incredibly incompetent it’s insane. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! My food was COLD and literally tasted like it had been sitting. No one ever answers the phone, and even if they did the manager would just tell you that you need to repurchase the food. They also always are serving raw burgers !!!
I asked for 2 burritos, full order of biscuits and gravy, large OJ, and 3 hashbrowns. The manager at the pick up window was rude for the start, I said I asked for 3 hashbrowns but it's not on there, she snarkily said "well you're going to have to pay for it" I said of course I understand that and you do not have to be rude. This place confuses me. They advertise that they're 24 hours yet aren't open all night very often. Tonight, @ 130am, I pull up to the drive thru since the sign was lit up and all lights were on and the drive thru attendant says they're only offering drinks? If they're corporate office doesn't want to staff properly just go to day and evening hours?
