“I went into the lobby this evening to order food. After I ordered I witnessed a customer being extremely rude for no reason and it seemed like she was trying to start a problem. She was demanding and acting like she owned the place. It was very busy and the staff was working as efficiently as they could! The manager (Mackenzee) was very polite to the customer despite how rude she was!“
