Service was slow as usual food was the same and they served burnt French fries. No napkins.
What’s the point of having a drive thru if you’re going to send people to sit at a drive thru reserve spot for 10+ minutes. This seems to happen more likely than not, even when I order 2-3 items. The past two times I sat at a drive thru reserve spot, I was given the wrong order or missing items 🥲
There is NEVER a time through the drive thru that I’m not asked to pull to an additional spot and wait for 10-20 minutes.
