Based on reviews, Cholula Mexican Restaurant is the absolute best restaurant in Shelbyville, known for kindness shown from the time you enter the door. The food is delicious, amazing, and fabulous, with outstanding menu choices for lunch, dinner, or breakfast. Specific meals like the lunch Chimi and Chicken Chimichanga are incredibly fresh and flavorful. The vegetarian options are excellent too. The staff are absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and always there to check on you. The owners are very nice, and the restaurant has been there over 20 years. The pricing is reasonable, and the restaurant was remodeled a few years ago. Whether dining in or taking out, Cholula's is a highly recommended restaurant for all the comfort food you may seek.
