“This was my first time trying NY Slice, and I’m hooked! Easily the best pizza place around. When I walked in to order a slice of cheese pizza and some garlic knots, what would typically be a routine and not-a-second-thought-given stop, turned out to be the highlight of my day and amazing food. Dan, the owner, immediately welcomed me and wanted to have a conversation. This was so refreshing compared to today’s service industry. Dan is a one man show and I was so impressed with the quality of his food. You can tell he takes pride in his food and his customer service. The food is freshly made to order and so delicious. Please support this local small business - I promise it’s better than any chain pizza place around.“

“We had an early dinner here. First time at the Spicy Donor, and don’t have much experience with Indian food, but really enjoyed the chicken Marsala. The food was really good but a little pricey. However, we had lots of leftovers, so we’ll get more meals from it. We’ll be back and bring others!“

“Any time we’re in Nashville, we make it a point to stop in for a slice. Massive and delicious salad options, incredible options for pizza slices or the whole pie. Friendly service. “Went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order, and was greeted with a warm smile. The guy went to go pick up the mobile, but it unfortunately wasn’t ready. After he told us that it would take 2 more minutes I expressed my interest for his hat, and he told me he would get one on his next order for the store, which was very kind of him.

Dietary restrictions: For gluten free and sugar free the wings really work, with many flavors to choose from they become a favorite in my family with everyone fighting, and craving for them.“

“We had a party of 16 to celebrate Mother’s Day. The manager sat us at two large tables, ran a tab on us so I could pay after all orders were in. Kelly was our server and did a fantastic job. Everyone got what they wanted and the food was delicious from pizzas, salads, pastas, breadsticks! Thank you for making our meal a huge success!“

“This locations is FANTASTIC! We reserved their party room this afternoon for my 3 year old’s birthday party. I was able to decorate how I wanted, and the manager on duty asked if I needed help with any of it. Our party was a bit bigger than the room and we ended up spreading out to another good half of the restaurant, and they didn’t mind. The food came out hot, they provided all the plates and silverware, and ice. They said not to worry about trash, that they would come and get everything but we wanted to take care of it ourselves so they rolled a trash can over for us to use, told us to help ourselves to the ice dispenser and whatever else we needed they helped with. We weren’t charged to use the room and the bill was extremely budget-friendly even! They were incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating and I could not thank them enough, they earned every penny of their tips and more. This location and its employees are wonderful!“

They have lunch specials which we haven’t used yet, but they seem popular. Good variety of pizzas, reasonably priced.“

Update Oct 2024: the pizzas and other offerings lately have not been as good as when I originally wrote this review. The portions are smaller, the pizzas have lost their savory taste, and sometimes it seemed like they really did not care about the presentation. (I ate several very ugly pizzas.)

But I am not giving up at this point. I will try several more times to see if things return to their wonderful and incredible tastes.

One tip…. I received much better food when I went and ate at the restaurant versus take out. Lemme know what you think.“

9/15/24- Service was a little slow, but I heard there was only one server. Prices are high for basic pizza. I brought 2 kids and a large, one topping pizza with 8 bread sticks and 3 drinks was $46. So about $56, with tip. I feel like I could get a lot better pizza for that price. Prices seem to have just about doubled since COVID. I wish they offered some type of meal deal. I can get a large pizza and 2 liter from Jack's for half that. Obviously, the experience adds value, but there should be a more economical option.“

“Server was super polite. Food and drinks were great. We always get the Cordon Blue pizza and it never disappoints. Greek salad was yummy and so were the breadsticks. I liked that the decor and drink menu was customized for the local college.“

“This was my go-to location but I am extremely disappointed with my latest order. 04/15: the pizza was over proofed or just plain old, super thin in the middle, inconsistent crust. The cheese dip wasn’t even the right color. Not sure what was going on, there were 3 drivers just sitting in the store so they weren’t backed up.EDITED***Eric went above and beyond to make this error right. Took care of my family tonight and got another order that was top notch quality. They’re not perfect but they’re striving to get things right and take care of their customers. Great job Dominos CG.“

“We ordered Noble Roman’s through DoorDash. The pizza, wings, and cheesy garlic bread were truly impeccable! Their Sicilian style pizza is unlike anything I’ve had before! The cheese goes on the bottom, and the sauce goes on top! Sounds wild, right? It was delicious! This place is so awesome, I took my girlfriend here for a nice date and was treated to the same delicious food, and incredible service. Thanks guys! Good job!“

“I'm a born New Yorker, and admittedly a pizza snob. So deep dish Chicago style pizza is new for me. The crust was thin and had the right texture to support the toppings, the sauce is a bit more robust but didn't overpower and overall even the next day it was just as good.. its a bit of a haul from my home for pizza, but I will be back.

I only gave them a knick due to a lack of seating to enjoy the experience in house.“

Not only is their POTW half price (such a lifesaver on a tight budget), but I have never had anything less than great food and great service. “Over the top SERVICE at the 135 and Co line road store from Kia and Lelynd. I placed an order and about an hour later it still wasn't there..... just thought they were busy. Opened my app back up and noticed I ordered for pick up. So I headed to the store and call. Expecting to pick up cold pizza and wings (since it was my fault) and they had tried calling three times but I have unknown calls silenced. These two offered to make me FRESH/HOT PIZZA AND WINGS..... even though it wasn't their fault at all!!! Great Customer Service ladies. Much Appreciated!! 10 stars to me.
