Had a scheduled order to pick up pizza ahead of time. I get there a few minutes early and they haven’t even started the food yet. The pizza comes out about 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and the girl working said it would’ve only have been 10. Then the breadsticks weren’t ready so they started those after the pizza was ready. There were no apologies or anything from the staff working. This locations is FANTASTIC! We reserved their party room this afternoon for my 3 year old’s birthday party. I was able to decorate how I wanted, and the manager on duty asked if I needed help with any of it. Our party was a bit bigger than the room and we ended up spreading out to another good half of the restaurant, and they didn’t mind.
