“Detroit style pizza is my favorite so whenever I find a place that has it, I have to try it. Futuro is one of my favs! It's a well made, good quality pizza. The breadsticks are also a must for me. Each time I've been in to pick up my pizza, the employees have been super friendly and interactive. The last time I went, I ordered online and my card was accidentally charged twice. After reading about the sweet pizza sauce, the fresh crust, and the great reviews, I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but wasn't super impressed with the flavor and the sauce seemed be very minimal. I reached out to give them my feedback and the staff member (I'm awful with names )was so polite and offered to have their best staff remake the pizza. When I arrived, she let me know that the manager made it personally and requested feedback from the staff before presenting it to me. That showed me that they truly do care about customer satisfaction and that the staff works well together and supports one another. Will DEFINITELY be back. My remade pizza was great and flavorful! That's why I'm eating at past midnight.?“

“We recently visited this location with our 2.5 year old son who is autistic. Shortly into our visit our son had a meltdown which ultimately ended in us choosing to change our eat in order to to go. However, the gentleman who I assume owns or is in management here was incredibly awesome the entire time. As my son was biting, screaming and losing control of his body; this gentleman offered him treats and was just completely reassuring and kind. He did not pass a look of judgment or make us feel like we needed to explain our sons drastic mood change. He simply tried to help and was such a blessing in our rocky day. Our pizzas were delicious. We had a cheese and a chicken tikka and both were excellent. Our son, who has sensory needs, enjoyed the pizza as well. We will certainly return. Thank you for accepting us. #AutismFriendly“

“This locations is FANTASTIC! We reserved their party room this afternoon for my 3 year old’s birthday party. I was able to decorate how I wanted, and the manager on duty asked if I needed help with any of it. Our party was a bit bigger than the room and we ended up spreading out to another good half of the restaurant, and they didn’t mind. The food came out hot, they provided all the plates and silverware, and ice. They said not to worry about trash, that they would come and get everything but we wanted to take care of it ourselves so they rolled a trash can over for us to use, told us to help ourselves to the ice dispenser and whatever else we needed they helped with. We weren’t charged to use the room and the bill was extremely budget-friendly even! They were incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating and I could not thank them enough, they earned every penny of their tips and more. This location and its employees are wonderful!“

“i went to checkout their lunch buffet and i was not disappointed. they had several slices of pizza to choose from including a dessert pizza option which had cinnamon and vanilla glaze drizzled on it. it reminded me of a cinnamon roll but in pizza slice form. they had breadsticks and a salad bar as well. the lettuce and salad toppings looked fresh and delicious. i got the salad bar and definitely enjoyed it. the line was out the front door and no open tables were available by the time we were leaving. there are no servers going around at this time since it is the buffet so you are able to refill your own plate and drinks. the restaurant isn't very big and the tables are close together. i would definitely get there before or right when they open!“

But, many years later, my husband and I enjoyed Calzone and Plain Breadsticks that is much better than the slices I would buy as a teen. Good location and it is quick serve style the breadsticks and calzones were piping hot. The conversion of this location to your pizza restaurant is very nice and makes good use of space. There are not only teens working there now and all were busy preparing what I imagine were carry out and delivery orders as well as for the dining room.
