I’m huge fan of five guys. I try to never write negative reviews. This is not a condemnation of five guys in general. I’ve never had a bad meal in store.
I just spent 31.00 on a DoorDash order. Huge mistake. I’ll never make again. The fries were over cooked and soggy. Not even hyperbole when I say my dog didn’t even want them. The burger bowl was cold. Clearly remade and not edible. The order got to me faster than most In store orders I’ve made.

The milkshakes are highly praised for being incredible, though they can be quite expensive. Overall, it remains a great place to enjoy burgers, fries, and shakes.
