I work near this Burger King and eat there several times a week. Generally I eat the same item. Yesterday at lunch I went to order the same item as always (last had on Monday) and was told they don't have shredded cheese. So I asked if they were out or if it was discontinued and I was told "we have never had shredded cheese we only have swiss and american" I responded I get this all the time and shredded cheese is a cut of cheese not a flavor. Made a mobile order thinking it will be faster but still had to wait 15 minutes when nobody else was waiting and finally when I asked where is my order employee said I supposed to tell them that I’m here and waiting for my order, where is the logic? What's the point of mobile ordering?Food is okay though
