This place was really slow. We were in the drive thru. The lady on the speaker was nice but the lady at the window was standoffish my food was hot and good. They did however forget to give us 3 of our drinks.
Only complain I have about the Arby's that I have visited besides Franklin Indiana is that the food sometimes is not hot enough in the are not always fresh french fries regardless visitor way too often and love the food

I've had good food here mostly but there have been times that it hasn't. Generally though, the staff have been friendly, food is hot and ready for me to pickup when I get there. I prefer this store although the one on 31 and Worthsville is closer.
