I’m so glad this Starbucks is close to my house and the interstate. Whenever I mobile order, my drink is always ready. I’m always greeted by the employees. One of the best Starbucks hands down!
I ordered an Iced White Chocolate Mocha through the drive-thru, but I was given the wrong drink. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the employee (Kris) responded in a rude and dismissive manner. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Customer service should always be respectful. I hope this location works on providing a better experience for future customers.
I had there new energy vitamin infused pink energy drink & it was delicious I ordered a venti & I could feel the energy as soon as I started drinking it...it's delicious 😋
