I've had good food here mostly but there have been times that it hasn't. Generally though, the staff have been friendly, food is hot and ready for me to pickup when I get there. I prefer this store although the one on 31 and Worthsville is closer.

Literally the most rude and unprofessional staff. Just left there and was missing a 5pc chicken tender from my order after leaving the drive thru. Upon walking in, the restaurant was so dirty, no one had on gloves, and I almost just wanted to return all of the food because had I saw the inside prior to going through the drive thru, I would have kept driving. To make matters worse, Rita at the front counter proceeded to argue with me and said that I had two bags when I only had one. She then asked the drive thru guy, Bobby?, if he gave me two bags or one and he stated he couldnt remember. As I was walking out, he then says “yea I gave her two bags” without even looking at who I was. Rita is so rude and unprofessional and does not need to be working in the service industry.

No problems here. I just wish they would return to the healthier grilled chicken club wrap rather than the fried chicken. I won't buy another wrap for that reason.
