“This store did a fantastic job of getting food ready for around 30+ people at one time on Dec 28th around 1pm. They had a girls hs basketball team come in as well as two other parties. Everyone had food quickly and the orders were correct. The store was clean and the employees were efficient and made sure everyone was taken care of. Several of the employees made sure to thank the basketball team for stopping at their store. Great experience and kudos to the 5 employees for their efforts.“
“The food is always hot and fresh. They're also pretty fast and on top at things. Out of a 100 trips that I've made there, I think only 1 was wrong, but I called to let them know & even though I couldn't drive back at that time, they told me a Manager's name & told me to stop by at my convenience & just mention her name & what happened. They made things right & a little extra as a sorry!!! I highly recommend this Taco Bell“
“I was staying at the Hampton Inn across the street and just wanted something fast and easy---within walking distance of the hotel. The sandwich was fresh, service fast and friendly and the store was very clean. Only downside is since when did a footlong sub with chips and a drink cost $17?“
“I wondered in looking for a pretzel and had never been to this location. The manager on duty.. cody I believe was his name. Assisted me by letting me sample a pepperoni pretzel nugget and it was amazing! I ordered pepperoni pretzel nuggets with marinara sauce and it was the best pretzel product I have had in a long time. The service here was awesome, and would recommend going if you haven't been.“

“A nice employee who was on his lunch break offered to go inside (we were eating on the patio) and get my autistic son a plain hamburger. I had forgot to order it plain and he wouldn't eat the one he had with toppings. That shows the employees here really go above and beyond to take care of their customers.“
“I first had Captain D’s back home in Illinois. Swore I would never go to another one ever again. When I moved to Columbus, and saw one was here, I still felt the same. One day I decided to bury the hatchet and try it again. I am so glad I did. This location is amazing! It is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and food is very tasty!“
