“When we walked in, Seth, the cashier, told us the Arby roast beef sandwich was 5 for 5 with the app. I didn't have the app, so he helped me download it on my phone. After I made my order and I was ready to pay, I couldn't use my gift card. The manager, Dawn Evans, then came to help figure it out. Because it wouldn't let me use the gift card, she was very nice and paid for our sandwiches. We told her it wasn't necessary to do that, but she wouldn't take no for an answer. Dawn said she has been the manager there for many years. She is a great employee. Thank you, Dawn and Seth, for your thoughtfulness.“

“I actually ordered a neopaloton milkshake which is chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry! My drive through attendant was super well mannered and came through with flying colors. My treatment was awesome. As a customer my odds of sending friends and family there are 100% and to me the fact that even though I tried to throw a wrench in the gears with a special order y'all came through so I have no choice but to say . . . I'M LOVIN IT!“

“Yesterday, I had called in a very large order with about 35 different pretzels. One of my clients that lives in Columbus was wanting pretzels for a snack and it was quite last minute. I was able to call the location Roughly 2 hours in advance to the time I was supposed to meet with my client. They were able to fix everything up. The whole order was correct and the staff member was very kind! It seems like they have great people Working at this location, and I will definitely be back to bring more pretzels to my clients!“

“This store is my favorite place for various reasons. The people who make the sandwiches are friendly and don’t skimp onthe fillings! The store is clean and always stocked with my favorite bread!

“Music bingo was a blast tonight for valentines Day! The sundae special was amazing!! Great attitude from all the employees. Even though the place was packed, everyone was having a blast, the service was still exceptional and as always the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever ate at!!“

“We went to Captain D's last night. It is always so clean. The staff provide amazing customer service. A very polite young man waited on us thru the drive thru and was simply the best. In addition, the lady that manages the place has been there forever. She is constantly walking around and checking on customers. She is an asset!“

“The customer service by Amy was fantastic!! She helped me with my order. She was very nice and explained anything I had questions about regarding the food and what was on it and the cost. I did have an issue with one of my sandwiches that barely had a tablespoon of food on it that was supposed to be sausage, bacon and ham inside the omelette that was then put on a sandwich. For a sandwich that is $8 I would expect it to have a good amount of meat on it. So when I went back through to see if they could add more meat to my sandwich or something to make it right. I there met Donna who I'm assuming is a manager there. I explained and shoulder everything. I literally got out of the drive-thru line and drove around the building right back into it to show them what was wrong. I showed her and she act like it was no big deal She said it became premixed like that and I said well it's supposed to have ham and and bacon on it and she cut me off and said I see ham right there. I said yes there's a couple pieces on there but the same hardly any meat at all. She was very rude, not understanding whatsoever and basically you get what you get and that's it. That's exactly how it felt it was to the point that I was so upset I just wanted to cry because I work hard for my money and I'm being told well oh well that's what you get. And like I said it had maybe a tablespoon of meat on this omelet. And that meat is supposed to be ham, sausage and bacon. You literally take one bite out of the sandwich and all the meat could be in that one bite and that's it. So then she said well refunder and then have me buy another sandwich which is the monster sandwich which should then end up costing me another $1.25!! I'm very unhappy with my experience with Donna and the food. Even my burrito I got barely had any of the meat on it also and I didn't even bother bring that one up like I wanted to because what was the point. This lady didn't give a crap about me about my order or anything. She did not care to make anything right or satisfy the customer which was very sad. But I'm very grateful that I had Amy food took my order and checked me out because she was beyond incredible! She made my experience a whole lot better very sweet and kind. She apologized over and over for my order and for Donna. Amy definitely brighten the entire room up with her smile and made me feel a whole lot more comfortable while being there. I don't know this lady was my first time meeting her but I'd go back just because of her. I hope she comes a manager one day because she would be somebody who would treat the customers the way they deserve to be treated and make things right!!!!“
