“I recommend going somewhere else The guy that runs this store has the worst attitude and is proud to send out crap looking pizzas. he "doesn't care how much you spend at his store", his words, he doesnt care if we are satisfied. done wasting hard earned money on places that are so greedy and they verbally express they do not care about your satisfaction with their product. said he was corporate but I found that out to be wrong. that's why they have to beg for tips even with a carry out order.“

“Not real Italian, but what real Italians eat. Garlic breadsticks are the best. Always what you expect from a Fazolis. The icees are amazing. The pastas are full of flavor and the sauces are always good. Very comparable to any of the sit down Italian restaurants.“

“BEWARE. The cashier guy is a scammer. I ordered and I was already going to tip and saw the tip screen but the guy tapped quickly to make it look like there is no screen and tipped himself. “I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Chick-fil-a, but................I am not thrilled about the new delivery through Doordash!!!!! When I order delivery through the Chick-fil-a app and it wants to charge me almost $20 extra for delivery, that's a no for me. Happy President's Day!“

“I’m huge fan of five guys. I try to never write negative reviews. This is not a condemnation of five guys in general. I’ve never had a bad meal in store. I just spent 31.00 on a DoorDash order. Huge mistake. I’ll never make again. The fries were over cooked and soggy. Not even hyperbole when I say my dog didn’t even want them. The burger bowl was cold. Clearly remade and not edible. The order got to me faster than most In store orders I’ve made. Seriously. I’ll eat at five guys but ONLy in store. Worst DoorDash order. Ever. Have to say though the food quality lies completely at your place. Do better.“

“What a wonderful experience we had yesterday for lunch , I know that was the BEST hot dog I have ever eaten, my husband and I also had the 5 way chili that was just as good to our palette, the restaurant was so clean, staff so helpful with our selection, if we weren’t so happy living in Louisville, we would move closer to this great place.

“I placed an order by phone, the girl that answered was rude, cut me off . I repeated my order to make sure she got it She told me 20 minutes. When I arrived she didn't have my order. I know it was her I spoke to,she was acting the same as she did on the phone. There were 2 other people in the store that said they had the same problem. The girl told me she only had part of what I asked for ready. She didn't apologize or even offer to fix my order. She was very rude. There's many other wing places in the city. I won't be coming back there!“

“This White Castle is usually very good! I have experienced paying for specific additions to sliders and then not received them a couple of times, BUT I have also received my food WITH the additions correctly** more times than that, so I’m happy. I order delivery a lot and am impressed with the freshness and their care to be correct (when they are!) Thanks guys! One of my favorite late night reliable places.“

“The restaurant was very clean. The man working the cash register was very friendly and talked with us while we ordered.
The food was pretty good & tasty.
Some of the fries were soggy and some not completely done but that's my only complaint.
What a wide variety to choose from on their menu!!!!
Burgers, fish, burgers, gyros, patty melt, chicken, calzones, pizzas, fried mushrooms, fried okra, and so on and too much to remember.

“What started as a disappointing experience quickly turned into an outstanding one thanks to Karen.
Our order itself was correct, but the food came out cold and seemed undercooked. It looked like there was a shift change taking place and possibly some newer team members, so things just didn't come together as they should have. As soon as Karen became aware of the issue, she immediately stepped in and took control of the situation.
Karen was professional, friendly, and had an amazing attitude. She didn't make excuses or pass the blame—she took ownership, corrected the problem quickly, and made sure we left completely satisfied. Her customer service was exceptional, and the way she handled the situation speaks volumes about her leadership.
Please recognize Karen for the outstanding job she did. She took what could have been a bad experience and turned it into one that reminded us why great customer service still matters. Employees like her are a tremendous asset to White Castle, and because of the way she handled everything, we'll absolutely be back.

“I was greeted by Ariana and she took my order and greeted me as I came in the restaurant. The general manager greeted us as well and presented his card as a personal reference .During service I wasn't all the way satisfied with my burger. Again Ariana was there to assist and replaced my burger to my liking. This was a great experience and I felt very welcome and appreciated. Due to the issue occurring unfortunately I couldn't give you a perfect score.“

“I was in a rush, didn’t get the young man’s name that made my food, but he definitely took pride in his job. He made sure my fries were remade without me asking he made my burger. The way I wanted it with no complaints just a smile. this is the location on German Church Road. Today is August 17 the time is 1:23 PM. Whoever the young man is that’s on the grill. Let him know he did an amazing job.“
