Super appreciate the actual QUALITY gluten free bun sub. The owners care about making their food accessible to many people, not just carnivores with an iron stomach. Fyre is open late, which gives us second and third shifters a beautiful and delicious option for food during /after our shifts. It’s also just great to be able to get a dab down the street and walk down here and be able to smash food without any sense of shame around the fact that I’m stoned af and about to literally inhale these fries.
The space is much bigger now, as the new owners have remodeled/removed several walls in the front of the shop to create additional seating. A nice high bar in front of a sunny window sounds like workspace heaven at 11am.
They plan to do tons of events, as the space is fricken huge. All around very excited for the future of this space and ftsq!

Same guy didn’t greet me was using his earbud to take a personal call and talking to them while I was trying to place my order. Other than that, the food was Primo and he efficiently made my food. “One of my biggest complaints across all Subways is how little toppings they give you. I find that is generally consistent across the board. However, this location gives you lots and lots of toppings. They know what they’re doing, and want to make your experience positive. I highly recommend this location, there is parking right out front.“

“The Spanish ladies working the evening shift on Monday were very rude. I told them that this is not the correct way to make a sandwich, and instead of helping, they responded rudely.

When I asked for another sandwich, they said they did not have any veggie patties available. However, earlier they had told me that they did have veggie patties, and then later changed their statement. This was very unprofessional.

I did not like the way they treated their customers. Customer service should be respectful, and I felt uncomfortable because of their attitude. There was also a lack of hygiene, which was concerning.

If they continue treating customers this way, it will only hurt the business and cause the owner to lose customers. Nothing may happen to the employees, but the business will suffer. “I ordered from the subway mobile app kept the sandwiches basic asked for no tomatoes and toasted.

The sandwiches were delivered fast I opened to see none were toasted and they had tomatoes in them still and so much sauce it was leaking everywhere.

I attempted to call the location a gentleman answered I advised the sandwiches were made improperly he was polite and advised to bring them in and he would remake them both. As I am not able to come in for this right away I advised I would come with both sandwiches after 4pm as this was my lunch delivery and I have no time before being off work.

Now I will not get my deliver fee back or anything but keep in mind it was not the delivery guys fault and the shop is willing to fix this as well.
