We didn’t realize it was free French fry day or something like that so that was kind of a nice treat. The teriyaki chicken I had was ok and not as good as I’ve had at other Penn Stations as it was just not very moist. Staff was very friendly too and also handed out a free cookie.
Food is fresh and hot,store is clean ,well maintained and floors are kept in order.Staff are very friendly,music volume is just way too loud inside the store and you can barely hear the cashier and have to kind of repeat yourself because you can't hear each other.?

Went to pick up an online order and my sandwich didn't have what I ordered on it (topping wise). I called to tell them and they said there wasn't anything they could do other than just give me toppings if I came back. I was on lunch break and couldn't return. I used most of my break driving there and back. Word to the wise check your sandwich before leaving.
