The service from this location was not good at all yet on their app they offer curbside pick up. I had to sit outside for 15 minutes and then go in for them to tell me. Oh we don't do that at this location. Maybe you should NOT offer it on your app if you don't do that. The lady just wanted to argue about it hopefully the food is better than the service
Recently visited the Greenwood Charlie’s location and I was highly disappointed this is one of my favorite places to eat when I arrived I was not greeted which isn’t a big deal but OK then I ask for everything on my cheesesteak when I was given my order I was just given a box no bag so I asked for condiments the lady says it’s inside the box which OK no big deal but please inform your customer as I walked away I open my food to see if everything was correct and it wasn’t...read full review

They are located inside the Greenwood Mall in the main food court. When I arrived at 10:30 am they were open. All of the chairs in the food court dining area need to be replaced. They all have ground in dirt on the wooden backs and look twenty years old. Service was fast. My order was taken promptly and my food prepared quickly.
