Timothy, the manager on duty, was extremely helpful when we called and explained the situation. He was able to provide us with a solution and even took extra time to follow up with us later on.“

“I went to the Wendy’s today (2/27/26)on Pendleton Pike around 3 PM and had the two loveliest ladies at the window. I had paid it all quarters lol and they made sure that I was not embarrassed, rushed, and even cracked some jokes which made me laugh (I love to laugh!. They need to put the women on the fries and behind the scene. They attitudes are horrible. I could barely finish reciting my order before being cut off several times . I was never told my total .. i get to the window the lady had to ask another lady what my total was . I didn’t receive a receipt just a blank stare waiting for my payment without even being told how much i had to pay. Pls put Sunday back on the window ! His bright smile and energy is missed

“I placed an order by phone, the girl that answered was rude, cut me off . I repeated my order to make sure she got it She told me 20 minutes. When I arrived she didn't have my order. I know it was her I spoke to,she was acting the same as she did on the phone. There were 2 other people in the store that said they had the same problem. The girl told me she only had part of what I asked for ready. She didn't apologize or even offer to fix my order. She was very rude. There's many other wing places in the city. I won't be coming back there!“

“Bubbakoo's Burritos has been open since February. We just discovered them. I am hooked. They are a Mexican Fusion Restaurant. That means they are mostly Mexican but also have some chinese and some hawaiian. I am hooked on their Taco Salad but I also want to try their Burrito-dilla. Everything on the menu looks delicious. I took my grandson there for dinner this evening. He's fairly picky and he got shredded beef tacos. He wants to go back. They have a fairly extensive menu. And they also have a kids menu. You can also do online ordering for pickup or delivery.“

Love love love the ‘shroom burger and spicy fries with ranch.

The location is in a busy area near a parking garage stop it makes it very accessible.
They also have some on street parking (for people brave enough to parallel park, I am not brave like that lol)

The dining area was very nice with a great atmosphere and very spacious.

I ordered on app, but noticed very easy to use ordering tablets right near the entrance.

The staff near the pick up area were very friendly and greeted me. Behind the counter looked very clean

There were two all-gender bathrooms, I didn’t go in both of them- but the bathroom to the left did have a child changing table.“

“I think the employee name is Amanda (blonde hair). She's always in a great mood. I'm a truck driver & in the area quite a bit. The reese Blizzard is always on point. Appreciate her & the dedication she puts into her customer service. I hope she gets recognized for the daily consistent effort. As a truck driver I see many people & places. This is 1 of my favorite go to spots at 71/Keystone.“

“My wife and I have been doing the White Castle Valentine's Day thing for years now - where you sit down and staff serves you. This was our first visit to this particular location, and it was hands down the best experience! The place was super clean, fun decorations everywhere, and our server was very friendly and took great care of us. And of course the food was delicious. After the meal we all took a few pictures together. I can't speak for the day-to-day service, but this place definitely made our Valentine's Day a fun, memorable event!“
