Timothy, the manager on duty, was extremely helpful when we called and explained the situation. He was able to provide us with a solution and even took extra time to follow up with us later on.“

They need to put the women on the fries and behind the scene. They attitudes are horrible. I could barely finish reciting my order before being cut off several times . I was never told my total .. i get to the window the lady had to ask another lady what my total was . I didn’t receive a receipt just a blank stare waiting for my payment without even being told how much i had to pay. Pls put Sunday back on the window ! His bright smile and energy is missed

“Usually have no issues at this location. Odd thing happened today, I ordered a spicy sandwich, and got a normal one. No big deal, just went in and told the girl at the counter. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Chick-fil-A where they didn’t just give you the new item, they took the mess up and threw it in the trash?? Very wasteful, if it is going to be thrown away just let us keep it.“

“I placed an order by phone, the girl that answered was rude, cut me off . I repeated my order to make sure she got it She told me 20 minutes. When I arrived she didn't have my order. I know it was her I spoke to,she was acting the same as she did on the phone. There were 2 other people in the store that said they had the same problem. The girl told me she only had part of what I asked for ready. She didn't apologize or even offer to fix my order. She was very rude. There's many other wing places in the city. I won't be coming back there!“

“Bubbakoo's Burritos has been open since February. We just discovered them. I am hooked. They are a Mexican Fusion Restaurant. That means they are mostly Mexican but also have some chinese and some hawaiian. I am hooked on their Taco Salad but I also want to try their Burrito-dilla. Everything on the menu looks delicious. I took my grandson there for dinner this evening. He's fairly picky and he got shredded beef tacos. He wants to go back. They have a fairly extensive menu. And they also have a kids menu. You can also do online ordering for pickup or delivery.“

“Blaze Pizza is a fine establishment, indeed, and one which I found most agreeable during my visit. The pizza was fresh and well-prepared, with a pleasant crust and a satisfactory selection of toppings from which one might choose according to his preference. I found the ability to have the pizza prepared to my own liking particularly convenient.

The staff were courteous and conducted themselves with proper manners, and I was not kept waiting for an unreasonable length of time. The establishment itself was pleasant enough, and the meal was served in good order. I found neither the food nor the service wanting in any significant regard.

All in all, my visit to Blaze Pizza was a most satisfactory affair. The meal was enjoyable, the service was respectable, and the price seemed fair for what was provided. Should I find myself in need of a meal of this nature again, I would have little hesitation in returning. Five stars are well deserved.“

The sammichs were separately kept warm ( not put in the box until delivered)-Jilli the delivery driver was incredibly prompt, friendly, and had all our food perfectly organized. “The restaurant was very clean. The man working the cash register was very friendly and talked with us while we ordered.
The food was pretty good & tasty.
Some of the fries were soggy and some not completely done but that's my only complaint.
What a wide variety to choose from on their menu!!!!
Burgers, fish, burgers, gyros, patty melt, chicken, calzones, pizzas, fried mushrooms, fried okra, and so on and too much to remember.

“What started as a disappointing experience quickly turned into an outstanding one thanks to Karen.

Our order itself was correct, but the food came out cold and seemed undercooked. It looked like there was a shift change taking place and possibly some newer team members, so things just didn't come together as they should have. As soon as Karen became aware of the issue, she immediately stepped in and took control of the situation.

Karen was professional, friendly, and had an amazing attitude. She didn't make excuses or pass the blame—she took ownership, corrected the problem quickly, and made sure we left completely satisfied. Her customer service was exceptional, and the way she handled the situation speaks volumes about her leadership.

Please recognize Karen for the outstanding job she did. She took what could have been a bad experience and turned it into one that reminded us why great customer service still matters. Employees like her are a tremendous asset to White Castle, and because of the way she handled everything, we'll absolutely be back.
