“I used the drive through and there was no waiting. The workers were very efficient and friendly. They went above and beyond when I forgot to add something to my order. Unfortunately, the hardee's app was not working, so I did not get my bonus points. It would be more efficient if the workers would be able to help us on the local level when these situations occur.“

I just want to take a moment to give a big shout-out to Emma and Chris at the Greenfield, Indiana location.
I was running behind and had a pretty large order for about five people (plus some extras). I couldn't get the app working, not Arby's fault, but because of my phone issues .....so I had to go through the drive-thru.
I even apologized ahead of time, for such a big order so close to closing time.....but Emma immediately reassured me it was no problem at all.
Their customer service was absolutely outstanding—friendly, professional, and far above what you usually see these days. Emma and Chris really stood out because so many fast food places have employees who clearly don’t want to be there, but these two went above and beyond. They deserve to be recognized (and honestly, a raise) for their effort and attitude.
I know it’s not easy to put together a big order so close to closing time—I’ve worked in fast food, and I remember how everyone wants to clean up and get out as quickly as possible. But instead of making me feel like an inconvenience, they made sure everything was correct, fresh, and done with a smile.
Thank you, Emma and Chris—you turned what could have been a stressful experience into an excellent one!“

“My wife and I were in Greenfield and stopped in for an early lunch. We hadn't been to a White Castle for a few years and were excited to go. We had cheeseburgers and fries. Our lunch was great. We enjoyed it and plan on returning. Also staff was friendly and the dining room was neat and clean. Overall a great experience.“

“Maybe I'm just not a fan of fast food anymore, but I felt very neutral towards my burger I ordered. I felt bloated for the rest of the day after eating it. It tasted fine, but it wasn't worth it. This goes for most Culver's locations, though. The fries were OK. They lacked taste, but they were dense.
The service, on the other hand, was delightful. The workers were very competent, efficient, and friendly. It was a decent line when we arrived, but they processed it with relative ease.
The atmosphere felt both rushed and relaxed at once. It felt nice to sit down and eat. The energy of the place was pleasing. I don't give it 5 stars, though, as it was difficult to enjoy your time eating when there's always some poor employee having to jump back and forth between everything just to make sure they aren't in trouble.
Overall, I did like it. I can't say I'd choose to go again, but it was fine.“

“Always a great experience here. Food made well. All ingredients available. I ESPECIALLY like this location because they have regular chopped red onions as a topping option... NONE of the others in the city do. There's a location about 8 minutes away from me, but i prefer if I have time to drive the 20 minutes it takes to get to this location to know all the options WILL be available INCLUDING those red onions. I just like it here 😌.“

“BIG SHOUT OUT TO KYLE WHO WORKS NIGHTS!!!!!!! If I could give this Taco Bell 10000000 stars on Google I would for many reasons but recently Kyle who works nights personally paid for my meal when I was having payment issues and he deserves all the praise there is to offer because he went he extra mile and was happy to do so!!! Thank you again Kyle and you will be blessed for paying it forward you are forever appreciated and Taco Bell is BLESSED to have you on their team!!! Thank you again also the nachos were awesome the food is always on point and this Taco Bell rocks so it's no surprise of the line is long because they rock and people know it! THANKS SO MUCH KYLE!!!!!!!“

“I can't think of one single thing that I do not like about Panda Express. The one particularly in Greenfield is outstanding customer service + I've had to wait on my food twice in the past few weeks but it's always worth it to have fresh food and I would much rather the wait. So Greenfield Panda Express if you're reading this, kudos to you. Keep up the great work. You guys are awesome“

“So glad you got the 70 and MT. comfert store staffed good my 1st couple times it was bad but you just opened so I gave you a pass and came back awesome improvement on service my only nit pick is your team needs to pay attention to the special instructions part of the online order that's why I come in the store to make sure it's made right but if you can train your staff to read everything on the online order like they are supposed to it would be flawless good improvement Jersey Mike's has the best subs just work on team building !!!“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“
